TWIN Creative Director Jeffrey Ernstoff engages with three artists who speak to their work in the context of what first inspired them, the journeys that have sustained them, and the kind of innovative thinking that the future demands in their respective fields. How might you use their insights to connect with your own love of the arts—and perhaps your latent talents and passions?

The three panelists include composer Chester Biscardi—winner of the Rome Prize, colleague of Toru Takemitsu, and noted music educator; Poet and Ph.D. art historian Sonia Coman—Audience Engagement Strategist for the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Asian Art; and Major Dae Kim—director of the world-renowned United States Army Herald Trumpets – the brass ceremonial unit for the White House, Presidential Inaugurals, Concerts on the Mall, Olympic ceremonies and more. (The Heralds are also alums of TWIN Etudes for Innovation.)
The HeART of the Matter will include breakout conversations and Q & A with these innovative artists.
